You may return your product* within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this by sending an email to sales@sport-icon-tiles.com within these 14 days, stating your name and order number.
You will then receive a confirmation stating how to return the package. After receiving this email, you have 14 days to send the product to us.

We will pay the return shipping costs by sending a return label if the dissatisfaction with a product is a mistake on our part, such as a broken tile or a damaged holder. If you want to return a product because you don't like it or because it is different than you expected, but there is nothing wrong with the product, then the return shipping costs are at your own expense. We will then refund the purchase amount to you (including the initial shipping costs that you paid when placing your order).

All tiles are baked at high temperatures, making them resistant to sun, water and heat. The glaze layer over the tiles will protect the design from UV rays. Aggressive cleaning agents and scratches with metal objects will not affect the design. Please note that this does not apply to the hanging system, which can come loose in extreme weather conditions.
The tiles are easy to clean and can be treated like any other tile, with normal cleaning agents. Because the tiles can also be tiled in the bathroom, kitchen or toilet wall, so of course they must be able to be cleaned.

All tiles are supplied with a hanging hook on the back of the tile. The 13x13 tiles can be hung on the wall with a small nail. We recommend attaching the 20x20 tiles with a plug and a screw. For all our tiles and accessories, you should always decide for yourself how you are going to hang them, because it also depends on the type of wall you have. For a porous wall, use a plug. For a wooden wall, a nail is sufficient.
We do not recommend double-sided tape, adhesive hangers or glue.

The possible bricking in can be done like any other wall tile. Of course, this is done without a hanging system. This is easy to remove by carefully pulling it off by hand.
Use tile adhesive and grout from the hardware store or DIY store. Make sure that the wall on which you are tiling is even and as smooth as possible. So you can also tile your bathroom, mantelpiece, kitchen or living room with a desired print.
